Stakeholder
Person/ group of people with an interest in a product/ system.
Primary user
Person/ group of people who will use a product/ system.
Human factors
The scientific discipline looking at the interaction between humans and the products elements.
Social issues
How a product effects, fits or shapes society socially.
Moral issues
How a product/ company treats its workers/ respects cultures and people.
Economic issues
Issues the effect the economic side of society, such as jobs and wages
Cultural issues
Issues that effect culture, for example cultural appropriation.
Globalistation
Businesses and companies/ organisations that operate globally and develop influence.
Sustainable economic growth
Development that aims to satisfy economic need while also preserving the planet/ environment for future generations.
Usability
How easy a product is to use, how clear and obvious the functions are.
Inclusive design
Designing mainstream products for the widest possible audience without the need for special adaptation.
Ergonomics
The study of how we use/ interact with a product/ system
Anthropometrics
The study of sizes of the human body
Aesthetics
Factors concerned with the appreciation of beauty
