Ideation definition
Mode of the design process in which you concentrate on idea generation, concepts and outcomes.
User Journey
Series of steps (4-12) which represent a scenario in which a user might interact with the product or service you are designing.
Information you need to consider: User Journey
Context – Where is that person before/during/after using your product. What/Who is around her?
Progression – In a narrative order, what action enables the next step in the journey?
Devices – Are they in their phones? in an app? in a website? are they experts or normal users?
Functionality – what do they need in this moment from this tool?
Emotion – Are they angry? satisfied?

How Might We
Group ideation: sticky notes starting with “HMW” allowing you and your team mates to write solutions with the same format to be organised into groups.

- You can vote your own ideas.
- You can place more than one vote in the same card.
Impact vs effort graph
Classify the different solutions determining the amount of effort they will required (money, time, resources…) And the impact they can produce (benefits, audience awareness, tool improvements, problem solving…)
