Series of steps (4-12) which represent a scenario in which a user might interact with the product or service you are designing.

Information you need to consider: User Journey

A

Context – Where is that person before/during/after using your product. What/Who is around her?
Progression – In a narrative order, what action enables the next step in the journey?
Devices – Are they in their phones? in an app? in a website? are they experts or normal users?
Functionality – what do they need in this moment from this tool?
Emotion – Are they angry? satisfied?
