What is a driver?
characteristic ways of behaving, usually strengths but may be weaknesses under stress
What is ‘De Bonos’?
Teamwork theory. Consists of 6 hats of different colours which represent team roles. Each hat should be worn for different situations
What are the different coloured hats of ‘De Bonos’ and what does each colour represent?
Yellow - positive,
Black - negative, challenges ideas
White - questioner, analyses facts
Red - emotional, considers own or others emotions
Green - creative, generates alternative ideas
Blue - thinking about thinking, controls the discussion

An interaction between at least two individuals where one intends to deliberately divulge something personal to another.

The ability to recognise and understand emotions and adapt them effectively to one’s environment. Effectively manage yourself and your relationships with others.
