HEENT
- HEENT:
1) Inspect: Mucous membranes for petechiae, 2) Palpate: -scalp, -neck & -upper back, 3) Check for nuchal rigidity (Note: I put “fundoscopy” in CN exam)

Lymph
- Lymph:
Palpate: Cervical nodes, axillary nodes, clavicular nodes & inguinal nodes
What comes after Lymph?
Pulmonary
- Pulmonary:
Auscultate breath sounds A/P/L
What comes after Pulmonary?
Cardiovascular
- Cardiovascular:
Auscultate heart w/ diaphragm and bell
What comes after Cardio?

- Neurological:
- Cranial Nerves 2-12 (including fundoscopy), 2. Kernig & Brudzinski Sign
