A
- Flagyl 500mg PO BID x 7 days
or
- Clindamycin 300mg PO BID x 7 days (PV not recommended as it does not influence PTD)

- Increased placenta thickness
- Echogenic bowel/ meconium peritonitis
- Increased nuchal translucency (first trimester)
- Amniotic fluid abnormalities
- Increased MCA peak velocity

A
Maternal:
- Asymptomatic
- Erythema Infectiosum/rash
- Arthopathy
- Anemia
- Myocarditis
Fetal:
- Fetal loss
- Anema –> Hydrops
- Myocarditis

- MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella)
