When activated, how long does the ice signal EICAS remain active?

A

60 seconds. During this time an internal ice detector heater heats the probes and returns them it to their natural frequency.

A

AOA Sensors, Lavatory drain, Pitot Tubes, Potable Water Service Nipples, Static Ports, TAT Probes and Windshields.

No. The APU bleed air is not hot enough for anti-icing functions.
