Some good places to put in ICE
A
- Ask if theyre concerned about a condition a relative suffered from durin FH
- Ask if theyre concerned about a recurring or progressive condition in PMH
- Ask if they have any ideas as to what the cause could be during presenting complaint
- Ask about any concerns to do with manageing at home during SH
- See if theyre showing any worries about smoking or drinking/have they tried giving up.
- Finally round off with “So what would you like to happen today? And do you have any other concerns?”
