- Contraception
- Allergies
- Drug reactions

What do you want to know about current meds?
A
NAme, Dose, method of delivery, frequency, purpose, how long theyve been on it and any problems.
Also compliance

What do you ask about contraception?
A
Whether theyre on the contraceptive pill
In older women ask about hormone replacement therapy (HRT)

What do you want to know about drug reactions?
A
Ask specifically what the reaction was as patients may not distinguish intolerance and allergy
