Members given orders that are unjust orders must first obey the order to the best of their ability and may then proceed to appeal.
9.01 Operation of Department Vehicles: The valid State Driver’s License must be a ______ or ______(exempted with a current CDL Supplement Form) or its equivalent, if the vehicle the member will operate has a GVWR of over 26,000 lbs.
