Iodine deficiency
Atrophy of gland from Hashimoto’s or graves

Myxedema coma
A
Precipitated by infection, drugs, cold
Manifestations:
- low LOC
- Low temp
- Hypotension
- Hypoventilation
Need IV hormone replacement
