Small cell lung cancer, SSRIs, Opiates, stroke.

Investigation results for SIADH?
A
Euvolaemia.
High urine osmolality (>500)
Urinary sodium >20mmol
Low plasma osmmolaltiy.

Management of SIADH?
A
Identify and treat underlying causes.
Fluid replace with normal saline
