1) CNS s/s predominate: HA, confusion, lightheadness, fatigue, weakness, hypotension, visual disturbances, convulsions, coma
2) Adrenergic (anxiety, diaphoresis, warm, dizzy, palpitations)
3) GI (hunger, nausea, belching)

BG</= 45mg/dL when symtomatic followed by symptom resolution with feeding

Glucagon 1 mg IM/SQ , if no response then glucose 25-50g of 50% glucose solution
