A
Clinic BP 140/90 or higher and ABPM is 135/85 or higher

Clinic BP is 160/100 or higher and ABPM ia 150/95 or higher

Clinic systolic is 180 or higher or clinci diastolic is 110 or higher

A
Weight loss Moderate salt intake Minimise alcohol Aerobic exercise Smoking cessation Medication - ACEi, ARB, CCB, thiazide-like diuretic
