What are the symptoms and signs of HSD?

A
  • Pain around joints worse after activity but also also generalised pain and fatigue
  • Soft tissue rheumatism
  • Skin - Papyraceous scars, hyper extensible, thin, striae
  • Marfan’s
  • Arachnodactyly
  • Drooping eyelids, myopia (short sightedness)
  • Hernia’s and uterine/rectal prolapses
