Meds: Dopamine receptor antagonists like risperidone, metoclopramide, methyldopa, antihypertensives, reserpine and estrogens, opioids, TCAs, isoniazid, cimetidine

It suppresses/prevents production of prolactin

Aripriprazole, along with clozapine, quetiapine, olanzapine affects hyperprolactinemia the least

What are some side effects of medications that treat hyperprolactinemia?

SE: hallucinations and psychosis (caution in psych patients), GI, cardiac valve problems
