FIP1L1-PDGFRA fusion gene, endomyocardial fibrosis/cardiomyopathy, may have increased serum tryptase and vitamin b12, hepatosplenomegaly and constitutional sx; Tx: imatinib, prednisone

A
clonal T cell proliferation w/ increased IL-5, generally benign course compared to myeloproliferative HES, increased risk of T cell lymphoma; Tx: prednisone
