A
more common in Japanese men; recurrent explosive crops of pruritic grouped follicular papules or pustules on the face, back, and extensor arms. CBC: + eosinophilia; Tx oral indomethacin

neonatal eosinophilic pustular folliculitis
A
occurs early in infancy as pruritic perifollicular pustules and vesicles on erythematous base on scalp +/- crusting. self-limited, often with cyclical course for a few months to years
