Signs and Symptoms
A
STONES - kidney stones
BONES - soft weak bones
GROANS - abdo pain
THRONES - polyuria, polydipsia
PSYCHIATRIC MOANS - depression
Decrease in muscle tone + contractions
Ca2+ inhibit fast Na+ influx

Diagnosis
A
ECG - Short QT interval
PTH always low except in hyperparathyroidism

Treatment
A
Treat underlying cause - surgical removal of adenoma
UV radiation exposure
