aldosterone/renin ratio
Differentiate between bilateral adrenal hyperplasia and adrenal adenoma
adrenal venous sampling (AVS)
Mx.
1. Adrenal adenoma
2. Bilateral adrenal hyperplasia
- Resection
- Aldosterone antagonists (K+ sparing diuretics) e.g. spironolactone
