childhood.
1-7 and 12-16.
spont remission before age 20.

A
within 6 hrs of exposure, stinging beginsz at 24 hours or sooner; erythema and edema ff by 2-4 mm vesicles.
next few days, rupture necrotic, heal w small pox like scar.

A
Early lesions- intraepidermal vesiculatio ln and dermal edema that evilve into a subepidermal blister. necrotic lesions show reticular degeneration of keratinocytes. dermal vessels may be thrombosed. stimulating vasculitis.

A
Avoid sunlight.
sunblock
prophylactic nb uvb in spring
chloroquien and sys steroid.
