During reverser operations

When :
System pressure is LOW
For the First 3 min after second engine is started
From take off trust set till 2000ft
Flaps operation
In approach from GEAR DW or 2000ft RA till 60 kts on grd
Which additional function has the HYD C system ?
Has an automatic ISOLATION feature for lowering the landing gear, and guarantee a nose-wheel steering during landing and rollout
