History
The study of past events and changes in the development, transmission, and transformation of cultural practices
Philosophy
The rational investigation of the truths and principles of being, knowledge, or conduct.
Language
A body of words and their systems for their use common to a people who are of the same community or nation, the same geographical regionare of the same cultural tradition.
Archaeology
The scientific study of the life and culture of ancient peoples as by excavation of cities, relics, artifacts, etc.
Jurisprudence
The philosophy or study of law.
Ethics
A system of moral principles; the rules of conduct recognized in respect to a particular class of human actions of a particular group, or culture.
Social science
The study of society and social behavior; a science or field of study as history, economics, etc. dealing with an aspect of society or forms of social activity.
Linguistics
The science of language including phonetics, morphology, syntax, semantics, and history.
Literature
Writings of a particular time, country, region; writings that deal with a particular subject.
The arts
Fine arts, architecture, writing, etc.
