Define Modern Day Slavery S1 MDSA 2015
A person commits the offence if
he holds another person in slavery or servitude
and
the circumstances are such that he knows or ought to know that other person is being held in slavery or servitude.
OR
the person requires another person to perform forced or compulsory labour
and
the circumstances are such that he knows or ought to know the other person is being required to perform forced or compulsory labour

What is internal trafficking?
Recruiting vulnerable children and adults.
Moving them to another place, often another country.
Using threats force or deception to make them do something against their will.
Exploiting them for the financial gain of their traffickers.
