What is the difference between Engagement and Retention
Engagement measure how connected an employee is with their job
Retention is what percentage of your workforce is staying
Describe the Drug and Alcohol Policy
ERAC is a drug free workspace. Employees should not report to work under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
Managers can host a happy hour but 25% of the tab must have food
Describe the Harassment Policy
ERAC does not allow harassment of any type. Managers who witness any type of harassment must stop it immediately, reset the expectation, doc and report to next level of management
Describe the discrimination policy
ERAC does not allow any type of discrimination with customer interactions and in the employment process
