HEAPS
H - helps us understand anatta the five skandas are theravada teaching developed the concept of anatta
E - ever changing heaps every being is made of ever changing heaps of form, perception, sensation, mental formation, and conscienceless.
A- attachment to the five skandahs causes dukkha
P - perceiving the reality of five skandhas helps reducing attachments and suffering and move closer to nirvana
S - self the five skandhas do not combine to make a permanent self because they are always changing
what is tathagatagarbha
HONEY
All beings Have buddha nature
Our buddha nature is Obscured by sins
Negative kleshas prevent us from releasing our buddha nature
Explained by analogy of the bees if we want honey, nirvana, be have to get ride of the bees kleshas
some buddhist already believe you are a buddha You don’t know yet
Sunyata
EMPTY
means Emptiness
Mahayana view that all things are empty if independence existence
all thing are in the Process of arising and passing away
all things are being connected and Tied together interconnected
