What is Freud’s view on Human nature?
( Selfishness View )
Freud suggests that humans are aggressive and seek for partners to gratify their possessions, cause pain and torture them.
Freud’s view includes 3 components that make up human behavior. What are they?
Superego, Ego, ID
According to Freud’s view of Superego, Ego, and ID - explain what each means.
Superego - refers to conscience
Ego - Balance between Superego and ID
ID - drive to fulfill desires
What is Freud’s view in accordance to the 3 levels of human nature?
Human behaviour is predictable if one can find
the unconscious, mental cause of the action. ·
Therefore, we are not free - but bound to the decisions that our
desires decide to throw into our· consciousness.
