it shows all of the different things about us but shows that its still all connected

when you don’t fully go through a stage in your life

when a person understands who they are

inconsistent responding by caregiver
what is a secondary attachment strategy?
when feeling threatened, when primary strategies to bid for connection don’t work(can become hyperactive and deactivated)
how does attachment influence close relationships?
it shows how secure or insecure you would be in a relationship
can attachment styles change?
yes, when in a secure relationship you will also start to feel secure
