A

Both alveoli and villi help in increasing surface area of the respective organ. Although, villi are the cells that line the walls of your small intestine and absorb nutrients from the food you eat and the alveoli are tiny air sacs in your lungs that take up the oxygen you breathe in and keep your body going.
