how can you restore a forfeited license?
within 1 year upon compliance with renewal requirements, written application, payment for renewal/penalty/compliance/recovery funds
how does active military status affect renewal deadlines?
extends deadline to 120 days post-discharge/release from active duty
temporary license granted to whom?
- not eligible for reciprocity normally
or - military spouse with orders to be stationed in hawaii not less than 1 year
how long can a military endorsement/reciprocity be good for?
max 5 years in aggregate
