What is Strength?
The amount of force a muscle can exert against a resistance
What is Flexibility?
The range of motion in your joints
What is Cardiovascular endurance?
The ability to exercise the whole body for long periods of time
What is Muscular Endurance?
The ability to use voluntary musclesmany times without getting tired
What is body composition?
The percentage of body which is muscle, fat or bone
What is agility?
The ability to change the movement of the whole body and change position quickly
What is Speed?
Rate of which an individual can cover a movement or range of distance
What is reaction time?
The time between the presentation of a stimulus and the onset of a movement
What is balance?
Being able to keep the body stable while at rest or in motion
