What is the definition of agility?
The ability to control the movement of the whole and change position quickly.
What is balance?
Keeping the body stable, while resting or in motion.
What is body composition?
Percentage of body that is muscle, fat or bone.
What is cardiovascular endurance?
The ability to exercise the whole body for long periods of time.
What is coordination?
The ability to use two or more body parts together.
What is flexibility?
The range of motion in your joints
What is power?
The ability to use two or more body parts together.
What is speed?
The rate of which an individual can cover a movement of range of distance.
What is reaction time?
The time between the presentation and the onset of movement.
What is muscular endurance?
The ability to use voluntary muscles may times without getting tired.

Strength is the amount of force a muscle can exert against a resistance.

Constant terrain and speed change, it is used as a method of training for runners.
What does interval training involve?
It involves alternating stages of high and low intensity activity.
What does circuit training involve?
A series of exercises, completed for a certain amount of time, one after the other.
