Agility
Agility-Ability to control the movement of the whole body and change postion quickly.
Balance
Balance-keep the body stable while at rest or in motion
Body composition
Body compostion-percentage of body weight that is muscle,fat or bone
CV endurance
Cv endurance-ability to exercise the whole body for long periods of time
Coordination
Coordination-abilityto use two or more body parts together
Flexibility
Flexibility-range of motionnof your joints
Power
Power-ability to use two or more body parts together
Speed
Speed-rate of which an indiviual can preform a movement or cover distance
Reaction time
Reaction time-time between the presentation of a stimulas and the onset of movement
Muscular endurance
Muscular endurance-ability to use voluntary muscles many times without getting tired
Strength
Strength-the amount of force + muscle can exert against a distance
