a series of exercises, completed for a certain amount of time, one after another.

What sport do you need this?
involves shifting weight to increase the strength of muscles, using a programme of repetitions and sets.

Fartleg training
a method pf training for runners where the terrain and speed are constantly changing. Fartlek means speed and play in swedish.
Cardio mascular fitness
In this you need to have speed and power like fartleg training.
Continuous training
Aerobic exercising at a moderate to high level, with no rest.
You meed this in marathons, long distance running, cross country
Plyometric training
What sports?
Speed x strength
Lots of pressure at one certain type of training and doing it on a maximuim for example: step ups. Do it over and over again as hard as you can.
