Agility
the power of moving quickly and easily
Balance
is the ability to stay upright. or stay in control of body movement, and coordination.
Body composition
used to describe the percentages of fat, bone and muscle in human bodies.
Muscular endurance
is the ability to continue contracting a muscle, or group of muscles, against resistance, such as weights or body weight, over a period of time.
Coordination
the ability to move two or more body parts under control, smoothly and efficiently.
Flexability
the ability to move muscles and joints through a full normal range of motion (ROM).
Strength
The ability of a muscle to apply force and overcome resistance or the amount of force a muscle can exert
Speed
The ability to move all or part of the body as quickly as possible.
Reaction time
the speed at which an athlete responds to an external stimulus
Cardiovascluar endruance
how well your heart and lungs can supply the oxygen you need while you exercise at medium to high intensity.
Power
Power, sometimes known as explosive strength, is the ability to use strength at speed.
