In five years time I see myself as senior FO into the company, having attained a position as training pilot.

As a FO how would you handle if the Captain is about to make a mistake?

Answer 2

I would use the HINT, SUGGEST and INSTRUCT method.
If the mistake is a critical error I would go straight to the INSTRUCT stage by stating the circumstances and highlighting the necessary corrective action.

How much do you expect to get payed?

Answer 3

I would expect a competitive rate of remuneration which reflects both my candidacy and the reputation of the company.

How do you take direcctions?

I take direction as an oportunity to be cooched.
I view it as a way of developing and improving my skills.
