Explain CRM

A

CRM (Crew Resource Management) is a set of skills and practices that pilots use to manage the resources available during flight, including their own abilities, and the aircraft’s systems. The goal of CRM is to ensure safe and efficient flight operations by optimizing the use of these resources.
CRM is an essential part of pilot training, and pilots are taught these skills through a combination of classroom instruction, simulator training, and on-the-job experience.
