What makes a good FO?
A
A good First Officer understands his place in the cockpit, understanding the Captain is the ultimate authority, but not the ultimate decision maker.
The First Officer’s main responsibility is to provide the correct information at the right time in order to assist the Captain in making the most informed and safe decision as possible.
