Admiration for the companies diversity and the fact that they’ve been taking the lead on many issues (do research about United’s position of bio fuels, pilot shortages etc).
UAL is not the biggest airline but it is the industry leader when it comes to Technical innovation, environmentally friendly initiatives and being a contributing Global Citizen. The others are playing catch-up.

This question was asked and I assumed they meant to discuss any other accomplishments they would not know about. After mentioning those, they said “Oh, we actually meant more like do you have any DUIs, failed checkrides you want to disclose now.”

I had a First Officer that procrastinated in his preflight inspections. I communicated that maintenance needed time to repair the aircraft if any deficiencies were found.

(5) When I transferred from one base to another I found at my new base the flights were much longer to more complex airports. Which required more in depth briefs.
