USB-C or Thunderbolt Cable: This is the primary connection between your laptop and the docking station. It allows for data transfer, video output, and charging.

AC/ Power Adapter = Connect the docking station to an AC power source using the provided power adapter. This ensures that the dock and all connected devices receive adequate power. One end of the adapter connects to an AC power source (wall outlet), and the other end connects to the docking station

2. Docking Station to Laptop Connection USB-A to Ethernet Adapter
One end of the USB-A to Ethernet adapter plugs into a USB-A port on your HP Pavilion 15-cc000 laptop.
The other end of the adapter has an Ethernet (RJ-45) port where you connect your Ethernet cable.
