Q

Explain how you can simulate rolling a d2 and a d3.

A

Simulate a d2: Roll any dice. Assign a 1 or a 2 to the roll depending on whether it was odd or even.
(Or: if the number rolled is more than half of the number of sides on the dice, it’s a 2)

Simulate a d3: Roll a d6 and divide the result by 2. (Round up)
