What did the Refugees Organisation do?
Helped free 420,000 refugees worldwide.
What did the Health Organization do?
Helped prevent Typhus epidemic in Siberia. Focused on researching yellow fever and malaria.
What did the Slavery Commission do?
Helped free slaves in Sierra Leone. Iraq, Jordan and Nepal abolished slavery.
What did the Disarmament Commission do?
Agreement of disarmament from Japan, US, Britain and France.
What happened in the Aaland Islands?
[SUCCESS] Finland gets the islands peacefully. Sweden agrees.
What happened in Upper Silesia?
[SUCCESS] The League ruled, and the land was split between Germany and Poland based on votes.
What happened in Mosul?
League ruled in Iraq’s favour.
What happened in Bulgaria?
[SUCCESS] Greece was ordered to withdraw troops and pay reparations. They obeyed.
Greece was being punished harshly for violation of the rules, due to the fact that Greece is a smaller country.
What happened in Vilna?
[FAILURE] Poland took over the capital of Lithuania and refused to withdraw troops.
What happened in the Ruhr?
[FAILURE] France invaded and occupied the Ruhr after Germany failed to pay reparations. The League did not intervene.
What happened in Corfu?
[FAILURE] Italy bombed Corfu after an Italian general was killed.
Italy was violating the rules of the League, but was not being punished because the League did not want them to leave.
