How are stars formed Flashcards
Where are stars created?
In the dark misty cloud of nebulae
Whats a nebulae
A nebula is a cloud of gas and dust in space
What happens in the nebulae for a star to be born
(how do we get to a pro-star?)
Clouds of HyDrOgen fill up gigantic volumes of space but then… there are irregularities in some parts of the cloud because of gravity. No surprise. As the cloud area becomes more and more dense, the gravity causes a faster collapse. When it collapses it gets hotter and the ball hehe he begins to spinnnnn
How does the gas-ball hehehe become a star
So in the centre of the gas ball its really dense and is getting hotter. So the Hdrogen atom are slamming together harder and harder. BRos are getting turned on fr.
But when the hydrogen fusion ignites in the core. Its giving yk. The new star begins to shine its radiation blows away the gas near it.
What if the nebulae still contain dust
IF there is dust of heavier atoms from an exploded star, the heavier atoms come together to form a planet.
