Housekeeping
Responsible & accountable for the cleanliness, maintenance, and aesthetic upkeep of the hotel.
EXECUTIVE HOUSEKEEPER
Manages the resources given by the executive house keeper to achieve the common objectives & cleanliness, maintenance, & attractiveness in a given shift.
ASSISTANT HOUSEKEEPER
Responsible for seeing that the crews of attendants complete their assignments properly.
They communicate with the front desk regarding any special instructions for guest room that is not noted in the assignment sheets.
ROOM SUPERVISOR
Responsible for the guest floor assigned to them.
Scope: guest room, corridors, staircases, and floor pantries of the allocated floor
Responsible for final checking of rooms
FLOOR SUPERVISOR
Responsible for the cleanliness, maintenance, and attractiveness of all public areas. (Bars, restaurants, pools, and park areas.)
PUBLIC AREA SUPERVISOR
Cleans guest rooms and bathrooms assigned to them. Report any repairs in guest rooms.
Reports any repairs in guest room; any damaged by staff or guest and any suspected theft of hotel property.
ROOM ATTENDANT
Cleans the public area: carpets, walls, trash, and recycling
Takes care of floors & cleans high and hard to reach areas.
May work as linen workers
Houseman or House Attendant
Public spaces cleaners (floor whipping)
All areas used by the guests inside the property other than guest rooms.
Assigned to clean the back of the house
Conference rooms, floors, and curtains
Public area attendant or Lobby attendant
Handles any aspect of housekeeping at night
Responsible and accountable for smoot operation at night
Night supervisor
Non-management person solely responsible for the acquisition, storage, insurance, and cleanliness of linen.t
Huge task is to keep track of huge linen types.
Linen room supervisor
Laundry attendant
Assists the supervisor by issuing linen & filing necessary records.
Performs laundering tasks i the hotel that has on OPL (on premise laundry)
Linen room attendant
Provides clean uniform to staff.
Keep an inventory control on carious uniforms at various stages of use.
Uniform room supervisor
Responsible for all laundry operation
Make sure that the laundry is operating efficiently
Laundry manager
Fabricate a variety of items from draperies, to bed covering, and uniform.
Responsible for mending and repairing fabric items
Seamstress
