What is the DOT break?
A break of minimum 30 minutes.
When the driver has to take the DOT break ?
-When the driver has 8 hours nonstop driving
- When the driver has 8 hours accumulated (Eje: he drives 3 hours and take a 10 minutes break, drives 5 hours more now has to take the 30 minutes break)
Does the driver can do overtime? More than the 14 hours per day ?

What are the rules for SOLO DRIVERS
- Need to take his 10 hours reset
- Truck will be stop during the reset
- Used for orders without due dates or with long lead times.
