Each carrier has its checkbook. When needed that do the procedure with the freight broker company.
Ex: The carrier need a fuel advance
(No tiene dinero para la gasolina y nos pregunta si podemos enviarle para la gasolina antes del pedido) Nosotros como carriers have to contact the freight broker company so the broker give us the EXPRESS CODE (es un # que puede tener hasta 18 dígitos)
Once we have the Express code from the broker we call the bank (Al banco en el que el carrier tenga su checkbook)
We provide the express code and they will confirm and provided us the AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.
The check can be used for the total amount or less not more.
