Joseph Zen Ze-kiun SDB (Shanghainese: [zəɲ zəʔ tɕyəɲ], born 13 January 1932) is a Chinese cardinal of the Catholic Church, who served as the sixth Bishop of Hong Kong. He was made a cardinal in 2006, and has been outspoken on issues regarding human rights, political freedom, and religious liberty, often attracting criticism from the Communist Party of China. He retired on 15 April 2009.
