For me it is very important to go on holiday
Für mich ist es sehr wichtig, in den Urlaub zu fahren
Normally I spend several days on the beach in California and then we go to Nashville for a change of scenery
Normalerweise verbringe ich mehrere Tage am Strand in Californien und dann fahren wir nach Nashville für einen Tapetenwechsel
I would prefer to live in America because the weather is much better and there is lots to do in the cities
Ich möchte lieber in Amerika wohnen, denn das Wetter ist viel besser und es ist viel los in den Stadten
I would miss my family and I would miss my dad’s jokes
Ich würde meine Familie vermissen und ich würde die Witze meines Vaters vermissen
I love playing guitar and writing songs therefore a composer would be my dream job. I would really like to live in Nashville because there are lots of recording studios
Ich liebe Guittare zu spielen un songs zu schreiben, deswegen ist mein Traumberuf Komponistin. Ich würde sehr gern in Nashville wohnen, weil es viele Aufnahmestudios gibt
Normally I go on holiday with my family and I think it is good because they organise and pay for it all.
Normalerweise fahre ich in den Urlaub mit meinen Eltern und ich finde es gut, weil sie alles organisieren und bezahlen
In my opinion going on holiday with your family is better than with your friends
Meiner Meinung nach sind Ferien mit der Familie besser als mit Freunden
They pay for everything and when my parent are on holiday they want to enjoy the beautiful landscape. On the other side you have almost no freedom.
Sie bezahlen alles und wenn meine Eltern im Urlaub sind, wollen sie die schöne Landschaft genießen. Auf der anderen Seite habe ich fast keine Freiheit
There are lots of advantages to going on holiday with your family.
Es gibt viele Vorteile, in den Urlaub mit den Eltern zu fahren.
At our age you should go away without your parents but without parents it can be dangerous. you must learn to navigate difficult situations
In unserem Alter sollte man ohne Eltern verreisen aber ohne Eltern kann es gefährlich sein. Man muss lernen, sich in schwierigen Situationen zu rechtzufinden
I like going on holiday with friends because you can meet young people with the same interests
Ich fahre gern mit Freunden in Urlaub, weil man Jugendlichen mit gleichen Interessen treffen kann
After exams i will go to America and my family and I will visit theme parks
Nach den Prüfungen werde ich nach Amerike fahren und meine Familie und ich werden einen Freizeitpark besuchen
For me the holidays are a lovely time because I always relax
Für mich sind die Ferien eine sehr schöne Zeit, weil ich mich immer entspanne
I like relaxing on the beach because you can forget about your problems and enjoy the quiet
Ich liebe Relaxen am Meer, denn man kann seine Probleme vergessen und die Ruhe genießen
I would like to go to Hawaii becuase it is very relaxing! the beach ist crystal blue and the weather is very hot in sommer
Ich würde gern nach Hawaii fahren, denn es ist sehr entspannend. Das Meer ist kristallblau und das Wetter ist sehr heiß im Sommer
Scotland has more to offer than like the Highland Games and the Loch Ness Monster
Schottland hat mehr zu bieten als die Highland Games oder das Monster von Loch Ness
Lots of singers come to Scotland
Viele Sänger kommen nach Schottland
Scotland is famous for lots of things. It is the home of whiskey and Haggis. I personally dont like to eat Haggis
Scottland is berühmt für viele Dinge. Es ist Heimat das Whiskeys und Haggis. Ich personlich esse nicht gerne Haggis
If you are interested in culture you can try our national dish haggis
Wenn man sich für Kulinarik interessiert, kann man unser Nationalgereicht Haggis probieren
There are lots of old castles
Es gibt viele alte Schlösser
The weather is not good however I think a little bit of rain does no harm. There is also lots to do in scotland when it rains
Das Wetter ist nicht gut aber auf jeden Fall finde ich, ein bißchen Regen schadet nicht. Es gibt auch viel in Schottland zu tun, wenn es regnet
It was my best holiday because the atmosphere was very lively
Es waren meine schönsten Ferien, denn die Atmosphäre war sehr lebendig
The hotel had lots of Christmas decorations
Das Hotel hatte viel Weihnachtsdekoration
The highlight for me was the Christmas market because the christmas decorations were very beautiful
Det Höhepunkt für mmich war den Weihnachtsmarkt, weil die Weihnachtsdekorationen sehr schön waren
I spoke German although I didn’t understand it all
Ich habe deutsch gesprochen, obwohl ich nicht alles verstehen konnte
My parents don’t want me to have a part time job because they say i should concentrate on school
Meine Eltern wollen nicht, dass ich einen Nebenjob habe, denn sie sagen, ich soll mich aud die Schule Konzentrieren
After school I want to go to University in Scotland in order to study business
Nach dee Schule möchte ich auf eine Universität in Schottland gehen, um Betriebwirtschaft zu studieren
I would like to study here in Aberdeen because i could stay at my parent’s house and it doesn’t cost lots of money
Ich würde gern hier in Aberdeen studieren, denn ich könnte im Elternhaus bleiben und es kostet nicht so viel Geld
Although aberdeen pleases me i would prefer to live in America in order to broaden my horizons
Obwohl Aberdeen mir gut gefällt möchte lieber in Amerika wohnen, um meinen Horizont zu erweitern
I would really like to work abroad and to be more precise in America
Ich würde sehr gern im Ausland und zwar in Amerika arbeiten

My workplacement was in an office I found my work placement very interesting but it was all harder than school
Mein Betriebspraktikum habe ich in einem Büro genacht. Ich habe das Betriebspraktikum sehr interessant gufunden aber, das war alles viel schwieriger als die Schule
I don’t know what I want to do yet
Ich weiß noch nicht, was ich machen werden
My school, which is called albyn, is a private school and this year i am in the advanced level
Meine Schule, die Albyn heißt, ist eine Privatschule und dieses Jahr bin ich in dee Oberstufe
