Ocular Malignancies in HIV (3)

A

KS
lymphoma
SCC of the conjunctiva

17
Q

Features and Rx of ocular KS (3)

A

may involve conjunctiva and eyelids
can regress with cART
if no regression then treat with excision, cryotherapy and irradiation.

18
Q

drug induced ocular disease in HIV

A

rifabutin for mycobacterium avium intracellulare can lead to intra-ocular inflammation
