NUG in immunecompetent people tend to have tons of plaque accumulation and poor oral hygine whereas NUG in immunocompromised people tend to NOT have any other contributing oral factors.
NUP immuncompetent vs immunocompromised
lots of bone loss involvement and lots of local factors unlike NUG.
extensive painful tissue distruction that not only involves gingiva and supporting alveolar bone but also adjacent soft tissue and deeper osseous structures
