Policy adopted by Britain and France towards Germany from mid 1930s until 1939. Was designed to avoid second war by granting certain allowances to Hitler and the Nazis

Why did the ToV make germans angry
Terms created a weak and unstable economy in Germany with mass unemployment and severe rates of inflation. Over time this lead to a sense of resentment and bitterness among the Germans. Many felt they had been unfairly treated
